SIPPING TEA WITH SABRINA
Leadership for Nonprofits
Leadership skills are important in all industries but to run a successful nonprofit requires a unique set of skills.
One day you could be negotiating a contract and the next you could be fundraising or meeting with elected officials.
If you want to nurture your leadership skill so you can take your organization to the next level, then this conversation is for you.
Join me and Sharolyn Payton, as we share a cup of tea and discuss Leadership for Nonprofits: What you need to know.
If you haven't met Sharolyn you're in for a treat!
We will cover amongst other things:
- What is leadership vs. management?
- What are the qualities of a good nonprofit leader?
- How can you foster those leadership qualities?
- How can you nurture leadership at all levels within an organization?
